Privacy policy

This policy describes the Wilson Tradeworks website and the small server that hosts it. It was last updated on 1 November 2026.

This website

The public pages are static files. They do not set analytics cookies, do not embed third-party trackers, and do not ask you to create an account. The web server may keep ordinary connection logs (address, time, and the page requested) so problems can be diagnosed. Those logs are on the server and are not sold.

Mail the business already has

A private program on the same server reads the Wilson Tradeworks Gmail inbox with a read-only token, so it can notice replies the business is waiting on. For each new message it reads a capped plain-text copy in memory. That text is used to match the message to an open matter and to notice a question about whether the sender is talking to an AI. The program does not send, label, delete, or change mail, and it does not keep the message body.

What it keeps is the message id, the thread id, the sender, the subject, the time the message arrived, and a short Gmail preview inside the notice it queues for the business. The tracker row also keeps the operational fields the business already uses: who should be told, the status, dates, and notes. Message ids it has already seen are dropped after 30 days. It does not use OneDrive or any other Microsoft service. Access is granted by a one-time sign-in by the account owner. Tokens stay in a file on the server that other users cannot read.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use this site for advertising. The server is for Wilson Tradeworks. If you email the address on the home page, that message is ordinary business correspondence.
